Here's my submission for the last Artstation Challange (category: game character art, real time) 'Beneath the Waves'. I had a lot of fun working with the concept by Esther Smisdom (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/X68EY). Especially handpainting the textures was fun. I'm thinking about doing some more stylized stuff in the future.
I included some pictures that show how I would improve the piece. I guess it's not too smart to point to your mistakes but since I#m a student and I have much to leran anyway, I wanted to leave a note here to my future self.
